We believe great food starts with great ingredients. Our All Day Dining menu is thoughtfully crafted to satisfy every appetite — from crisp, fresh salads and hearty sandwiches to classic New England favorites and an impressive raw bar selection. Our raw bar features one of the largest selections of fresh oysters and shellfish in the region — because when you’re in Maine, you should eat like you’re in Maine.
GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDLY
Many of our menu items are naturally gluten-free or can be modified to be gluten-free. We use gluten-free flour in many of our recipes, offer gluten-free bread, and maintain a dedicated gluten-free fryer.

Brix + Brine is primarily walk-in only. Because we are fully outdoors, weather plays a major role in our daily operations and we do not accept traditional reservations.
Parties of 10 or more may contact us regarding limited reservation opportunities, subject to availability and weather conditions.

If you’re staying nearby, we highly recommend walking. Public parking is available at Obed’s Lot, and Jacobs lot in the center of town.
